The most notable towns in the Káli Basin include Kővágóörs, Köveskál, and Taliándörögd.

One of the main attractions in the Káli Basin is Lake Balaton, which is the largest lake in central Europe and a popular tourist destination. The lake is surrounded by mountains and forests, and it offers numerous opportunities for water sports and outdoor activities.
